Hello world! Let me introduce myself to you. I'm a passionate Dutch certified yoga and meditation instructor. With my background in fitness as a personal trainer & Pilates teacher I have all the tools & ingredients to develop the perfect class or workout adapted to your needs & goals in life.
My goal is creating a healthier and happier lifestyle for you. These days a lot of people are struggling with depressions, burn outs, stress and “old’ pain”. I'll let you connect with your body. Making the mind-body connection again so you can release tension and make your body and mind strong.
When you are closer to yourself you can feel better who you are and what you need, set boundaries, make healthy choices and set priorities. My sessions are mainly aimed at letting go and making contact. Connect with yourself and the other participants. By letting go you become lighter in your head, heart and body. You will experience less pain due to stored tension and you can handle more.
I'll create a safe space where you can release and recharge again.
Release: letting go of stress, fear, insecurity, tiredness, sadness, anger, conditioning and everything that no longer serves you. I work with yoga asana’s for stress release and inner peace, guided meditation for better sleep/insomnia/adhd. breathing sessions, tantra, coaching in healthy life style.
Recharge: all about new energy, new possibility’s, balance in your life, making your body strong and flexible again.
I can organize team building sessions with partner/group yoga, dancing, work-out couple and group exercises. The best and healthy team building!
