Services: I am a long-time yoga instructor (since 2012) and personal trainer and aerobics instructor prior to all of that! Currently I teach Vinyasa flow style classes and Sculpt/tone classes. I have an added layer of Chakra work/balancing. I'm very mindful of breath and alignment and offer hands-on intuitive adjustments.

Qualifications/Degrees: I have my 200 hr RTY thru Yoga Alliance and insurance thru same. I have close to 500 hours with CE's for Chakra work and other yoga learning/teaching

What are your goals for the client?

I would hope clients walk away from their mats feeling amazing. I hope they understand how important a mind/body connection applies not just on their mats, but off of them. Especially in a corporate world: understanding ourselves helps us to better understand others.

When we are compassionate with ourselves we are better able to meet clients and employees where they may be at without judgment. How to understand what makes us tick on the mat applies off of it.

Students often walk away from a class of mine feeling so much better and while they may not exactly know why I know it's because they've had time to breathe, move, let got of judgement and competition and really just accept themselves as they are.
