Venue Retreat is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled Remote Retreat Consultant to join our dynamic team. We are a company dedicated to transforming the way teams connect and collaborate through unforgettable retreat experiences. Our portfolio includes an impressive array of venues worldwide, from luxurious villas and historic castles to serene retreat centers and grand manors.
Role Overview:
As a Remote Retreat Consultant, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new clients, from retreat leaders to corporations seeking expert assistance in finding and booking the ideal retreat venue. This part-time, commission-based position offers the flexibility of remote work, with a preference for candidates located in Valencia, Spain. This role is perfect for those who are already working as freelancers or autonomo and are looking to expand their opportunities within a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard new clients, understanding their needs and preferences to match them with the perfect retreat venue.
Maintain and update client information in our CRM system to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of all interactions and bookings.
Utilize tools such as Notion and Google Workspace to manage tasks, collaborate with team members, and keep all project details organized.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and venue partners, ensuring a seamless booking process and high client satisfaction.
Stay informed about the latest trends and offerings in the retreat and hospitality industry to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
Finding new venue partners, negotiating the partnership.
Reach out to potential new clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Based in Valencia, Spain (preferred), with the ability to work remotely.
Currently working as a freelancer or autonomo, looking for an opportunity to grow within a dynamic company.
Proven experience in client-facing roles, hospitality, event planning, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM software, Notion, and Google Workspace.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients and partners.
A proactive and creative problem-solver who can navigate the challenges of matching clients with their ideal retreat experience.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
