The Challenges
Sarah booked a call with me to explore opportunities of hosting her first retreat for her clients. She had never done anything like this before and wanted guidance in how to make it possible from logisitcs, budget, venue sourcing and all of what would be needed to make this a great success from full board, activities, airport transfers, on and offsite activities and of course finding the right location and venue.
The venue had to be within her budget, intimate, close to a body of water and surrounded by nature. Something with a great finish and interior but not too modern or flashy. It had to be the right place for her and hte gorup to be able to conduct wellness workshops and connecting with each other as well as themselves.
After giving her some options to get a feel of what she liked we then connected with our venue partners and gave her 10 unique proposals from all diffeent types of venues that ticked all the boxed but added their own unique flair. Sarah fell in love when many of them but 2 speicifically stood out. One in Italy and one in Portugal.
She ended up choosing a beautiful villa and retreat venue in Portugal. Sarah is now working with us to book her next venue in October 2024 and potentailly 4 retreats in 2025. We are thrilled to have helped her and will continue this great partnership in the future.
