Our Privacy policy will not cover any link or website you visit or click when leaving VenueRetreat.com to another website and or link.

Advertising Platform

VenueRetreat.com is just an advertising platform for venues, retreats, co-working, co-living, wedding and event planners. We give a platform to potential venue owners and service providers to promote their venues and services.

Any information which they send us and we have placed on our website is the sole responsibility of the business, company, retreat leader or venue owner.

You will be solely responsible for any misrepresentation or copyright infringements from any text, images or videos you have sent to VenueRetreat for submission.

If you are choosing a venue or service you find on our website you should always visit the venue first and talk and contact the venue owner and or service provider to make sure you are happy with the quality and services they provide.

Venue Retreat are not at any fault if your experience at a venue or retreat service is negative in anyway.

We do not own any of these venues or retreat programs, we are just a marketing platform trying to help the discussion and community between retreat leaders and venue owners.

 

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Venue Retreat. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the www.venueretreat.com website (the "Service") operated by Venue Retreat ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Marketing Platform Only

Venue Retreat is a marketing platform designed to promote villas, hotels, and venues. We help clients, including retreat leaders, companies, and agencies, to find and connect with retreat venues. We do not offer booking services and do not take payments on behalf of venues. All bookings and transactions are conducted directly between the client and the venue.

2. Consulting Services

In addition to our marketing platform, Venue Retreat offers consulting services to assist clients in finding and booking the perfect retreat venue. Consulting services are subject to separate agreements and terms. Venue Retreat is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of our consulting services. All consulting fees are subject to IVA (Value Added Tax) for clients within the European Union.

3. No Guarantees or Warranties

While we strive to ensure that the information provided on our platform is accurate and up-to-date, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by venue partners. It is the responsibility of the client to verify the details and suitability of the venue.

4. Venue Partnerships and Commissions

We may have different partnership arrangements with venues. In some cases, we may receive a commission from the venue for referrals. In other cases, venues may pay to promote their brand on our platform without any commission arrangement. Our relationships with venues do not influence the information provided on our platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

Venue Retreat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the inability to use the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages resulting from booking issues, venue quality, or any other interactions between the client and the venue.

6. User Responsibilities

Users of the Service are responsible for conducting their own research and due diligence before booking a venue. This includes verifying the suitability, quality, and availability of the venue. Users are also responsible for complying with any terms and conditions set forth by the venue.

7. Third-Party Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Venue Retreat. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Venue Retreat shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

11. Payments and Invoicing

11.1 Payment Terms

Payments for consulting services and any other agreed services must be made within 30 days of the date on which the services were provided. All payments should be made via bank transfer or Stripe.

11.2 VAT/IVA

All fees for clients within the European Union are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT/IVA) as applicable. The applicable rate will be included in the invoice provided to the client.

11.3 Late Payments

Failure to make payments within the specified timeframe may result in additional charges or interest as permitted by law. Venue Retreat reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for clients with overdue payments.
