The venue itself is very interesting primarily thanks to its fantastic connection with the surrounding nature. Using the principles of biophilic architectural design, we created a unique space that provides guests with a user experience equal to experience being in nature.
From a functional point of view, we have a very flexible space that can be quickly adapted to the guests' requirements especially for business retreats and team building/bonding events..

A large open garden is placed on the south side of the estate, bordering acres of mixed pine forest and meadows. Three big wooden platforms can accommodate place for rest on sun or interesting group activities.

We have a large private parking space suitable for both passenger cars and buses.

Privacy and exclusivity
Our venue is a great option for both large and small groups looking for exclusivity or privacy. We provide full buyout options or booking of one whole building. We can be alternatives to villas, providing hotel infrastructure and service. This unique offer is perfectly suited for smaller groups seeking enhanced privacy and a more intimate atmosphere.
Full venue buyout implies the exclusive usage of the venue with a permanent service and during working hours. The emphasis is more on the fact that no other guests than your group use the facility (with limitation that employees live in the complex). For example, guests can use the restaurant, the garden, the lobby bar, i.e. the areas where the service is constantly operating during working hours. Spa appointments, massages, treatments are scheduled, indoor/outdoor team activities are scheduled, room service is scheduled, service outside standard working hours is scheduled, etc.
Partial venue buyout implies the exclusive usage of building 1 or 2, with its respective workspace (with limitation that employees live in the complex). Activities and meals are also planned to not overlap with other groups whenever possible.
Facilities & Services
Services: Wide range of different event, special, hotel and agency services are available to our guests. Some of them on regular basis some of them upon request. To provide the best possible service, it is necessary to ask in advance about the availability and price of services. Maglian combines the comfort and infrastructure of a small mountain hotel (without a
swimming pool) and simple Balkan country home hospitality. Basically, expect it to be clean and warm, no one to go hungry and the service to be professional.
We will welcome and host you with style, respect and appreciation, and we expect such a relationship from you. If you're looking for perfection or luxury you certainly won't find it in Maglian.
Essentially, we do not only sell food and accommodation, but a unique experience connecting with nature. That's why we advise you to sign up for adventure walks, which are the first step towards a real experience. For those who do not like an active holiday, just sitting on the grass in the forest or in the meadow or next to the stream with the sound of birds and insects is already a great value in itself.
Full Board: We prepare traditonal Serbian food, known for rich tapestry of flavors, influenced by various cultures and historical events. It includes hearty dishes, many of which are based on meat, fresh vegetables, bread, dairy products, and spices. Perfect oportunity to get a taste of local culture thorugh wines, rakija, kajmak , etc.
Surrounding Area: Situated in heart of western Serbia, 110 km (75 min) from Belgrade airport Nikola Tesla (Serbia).
Divcibare – small plateau on mountain Maljen (1000m above the sea), with fantastic climate, diverse nature and wildlife, viewpoints and more then 150km of forest trails. Waterfalls nearby, can be seen in short hikes of 2 hours.
