The estate
The Florence Villa estate, located in a small villa just outside of Florence, consists of 3 main buildings:
The Villa, about 1000 square meters
The Scuderie about 200 square meters
An ancient family Chapel which is still consecrated.
The buildings, all dating back to the 15th century, are surrounded by 6 hectares of grounds that include an olive grove of about 500 olive trees and a forest adjacent to the villa, which also dates back to the time of the construction of the buildings.

The ancient, square shaped the Florence Villa which is 2 stories high, plus the tower.
On the ground floor, three large halls welcome the living area, including the “Sala degli Specchi”, an elegant sitting room which, with its large windows, directly overlooks the rose garden. On the ground floor there is also a large dining room for up to 20 people, a kitchen, another smaller dining room with an historic fireplace, a courtesy bathroom and a large TV room. The large dining room and kitchen overlook the fresh and lush interior courtyard furnished with plants and a lovely table and chairs.
The spaces
On the first floor there are 7 double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, all with air conditioning, including the enchanting Marquis Room and the Green Room, both of which are almost 40 square meters, and both have ensuite bathroom and access to the beautiful, furnished and covered Loggia.
On the first floor there is also a huge billiard room and a sitting room, both of which can be used by guests.
The first floor leads to the Tower, originally designed as a separate apartment, with a huge living room on the top floor and a cooking area, two bedrooms with air conditioning and two ensuite bathrooms. The Tower has been completely refurbished and has modern design furniture.
The Villa is surrounded by the geometries of the Italian garden that will lead you to the outdoor gazebo where it is possible to have lunch and dinner in the shade of the wisteria for up to twenty seated people. In the garden and in addition to the gazebo, there is also a nice sitting area.
The garden leads to the swimming pool located on a lower terrace and overlooking the olive grove. The 13 x 6 meters swimming pool is surrounded by a lawn and breathtaking views. In the pool area there is a gazebo underneath a huge willow tree, equipped with a dining table and chairs.
After the complete renovation aimed at preserving the ancient structure of the house, Florence Villa has been restored to its past 16th century splendor. The particular attention that was paid by the current owners during the two-year renovation has allowed the property to be equipped with all the modern day comforts maintaining, at the same time, the original structure and functionality with ceilings reaching 4 meters high in the sitting rooms and rooms that are over 35 sqm large. Many original 16th century details have also been preserved, such as the ancient stone fireplaces, the terracotta floors, the doors and the paneled ceilings.
The tower and the bathrooms, which were heavily compromised over the years, have been completely and totally renovated and represent the most modern part of the house.
The Villa has also been furnished with care, harmoniously combining antique details and contemporary furnishings.
With its 10 spacious rooms and panoramic views, 9 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and wonderful sitting rooms, the Villa can accommodate up to 20 guests.
Outside, the Villa is surrounded on three sides by a beautiful Italian garden, notified and protected by the Belle Arti as a garden of historical interest. The property is completed by the swimming pool area located on a garden’s lower terrace and two gazebos where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors.

The house, internally restored with taste and attention to comfort, has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large dining room with an open kitchen and a fireplace with a large window that opens completely onto the garden, which, in summer, becomes one with the house. In the outdoor area, in front of the dining room, it is possible to dine under a shady gazebo.
On the ground floor there is also a large living room with TV and a bathroom with shower. Both rooms are furnished with italian designer furniture and lighting from the 1950s-1960s.
An iron staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor where there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom with a pull out bed and a large bathroom with bathtub. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The beautiful park, completely independent and fenced, and the swimming pool, immersed in the nature surrounding the entire property, are the ideal places to relax and enjoy your holiday in peace and beauty.
The swimming pool area, surrounded by the magic of a high bamboo grove that creates exotic atmospheres, can be reached by easily crossing the garden and includes a large, equipped space for sun lovers but also many shaded areas.
The access to the property is through a private gate, independent from the Villa.
