5 DAY BESPOKE RETREAT EXPERIENCE

Programme

This workshop uses powerful and transformational tools for fast-tracking your growth and coming back to your true self. The truth of who you are is limitless, boundless, infinite love.

Skilled facilitators will guide you through a five-step journey of resetting, rewiring, realigning, retuning and finally rebirth.

Day 1: RESET

Arrive in the afternoon and settle into nature, shed any stresses and enjoy a grounding Meditation to set your intentions for the retreat.

Day 2: REWIRE

We will begin with Conscious Breathwork to release old blocked emotions and beliefs and be filled with new possibilities. You will experience the healing effects of a natural, full and deep breath. The session provides deep relaxation, clarity, deeper intuition and feeling more expansive.

After this we will be guided on a Shamanic Drum Journey and merge and connect to the truth and love of who we really are. These practices help to rewire our subconscious mind ( 95% of our thoughts and behaviour is driven by the unconscious) and through the power of breathwork, hypnosis and visualisations we can make lasting change and create a new reality for our lives.

Day 3: REALIGN

This day we will focus on moving the body so we can be fully present, open and grounded in ourselves. We will energise the body with Kundalini Yoga and mindful movement allowing ourselves to dive deep into our bodies wisdom.

Day 4: RETUNE

This day is about connecting to the power of sound and silence. We will journey through Sound Healing and a Sacred Song workshop. We will be lulled into sonic bliss with Gongs Baths, Crystal Sound Bowls, Native American flutes and chimes. We will sink into a soothing inner space and be fully open and receptive to higher guidance.

Day 5: REBIRTH

This half-day final integration will prepare you to re-emerge into the world. Using Shamanic Healing practices we will journey through the natural elements, planting strong seeds of intention. What awaits is a new portal where the highest version of ourselves exist. Come and step through to make dreams become reality.
