On the beach in the South West of France, enveloped in the scent of pine trees, Villa La Tosca offers the ideal setting for a retreat from the noise of the world.

A stunning property on 4000m2 of land with an original Italian inspired Villa built in 1903, fully renovated in 2008.   We are a family run independent business that have been running our Luxury Boutique Villa retreat creating unique experiences and timeless memories for our guests for over 14 years.

Here, we offer you a moment of space and time dedicated to you and your guests, where you can, for a weekend or several days/weeks, immerse yourself in a unique, multi-sensory experience.

We are located in the South West of France, 40 minutes from Bordeaux, in the heart of the Arcachon Bay, where our garden gates open right up onto the beach.

SAND DUNES, CHARMING BEACHSIDE TOWNS, NATURE PARKS, LOCAL DINING. 

The Arcachon Bay is renowned for its healing and soothing properties for the respiratory system. The daily movement of the tides and the natural environment diffuse a quality of ionized air and energy that exist nowhere else.

We are located in a culturally rich area, surrounded by nature preservation parks, unique coastal towns in close proximity and near to the Dune du Pyla (Highest sand dune in europe)   Whether you’re looking for a space to retreat and cocoon for a week, or also want to visit the local area and take day excursions, the variety of our location allows for it all.

Activities can include, boat trips, SUP, kayaking, surfing, sailing, forest walks, horse riding etc.

Facilities:

A large indoor practice space (70m²) equipped with 30 yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, and belts (Manduka brand)
A secondary workshop room (30m²) with a flat-screen TV.
A treatment room for two, ideal for massages and therapies.
A cozy traditional library and lounge space
Indoor and outdoor dining areas, perfect for communal meals.
Semi-proffesional fully equipped large kitchen
A shaded wooden deck (70m²) for outdoor practice, along with a pool deck, ecological swimming pool, and expansive lawns.
Sauna & Ice bath
A fire pit and direct access to the beach from our garden, perfect for evening gatherings.
8 en-suite bedrooms with a total capacity of 16 guests. Additionally, we have partnered with a nearby bed and breakfast (just a 2-minute walk) to accommodate an extra 10 guests.
We have a small house on property that can accommodate another 2 people (for retreat leaders)

Pescetarian Buffet: €40 per person per meal (Main + Dessert)

Homemade Bread Option: €18 per person per day

Break Fast is always included in the standard Villa pricing.
