Havens of true comfort due to their generous dimensions and the chic urban loft style, the Duplex Guest rooms and the majestic suite are superb examples of sheer style and passionate design.

The Guest rooms have an approximate floor space of 27 m2, and the Royal Suite has 2 rooms with an approximate impressive floor space of 40 m2 and a balcony. The rooms have been provided with all the necessary comforts and contemporary design interior to make your stay a great experience.

Apart from the prestigious ROYAL SUITE a second suite has recently been opened: THE ART SUITE, an artistic, robust and rustic sanctionary with an impressive floor space of approximately 50 m2 located at the ground floor of the mansion and directly connected with the art gallery.
The Art Suite is a unique signature luxury suite with a puristic and ‘raw-textured’ design statement and consists of a bedroom, a living room and a separate bathroom.

This ‘Living room suite’ is sleekly styled and a trendsetting mix of historical authentic Cuban style elements and industrial design features, which results in a fascinating material palette of concrete textures, unpolished wood, antique floor tiles and iron.
The monumental rooms have been transformed into a balanced cocktail of eclectic tiles, 5 meter high ceilings and authentic wooden doors that naturally blend with large contemporary artworks, a prominent iron window with a green patio view, a masculine concrete bathroom, textured walls and a salon with a prominent ‘Roman Bath’ as a private wellness centerpiece.
Apart from a square XL-king bed (2m x 2m) and the bespoke Barcelona chair with hocker, all the luxury amenities are present such as a Bose Dock station, a Nespresso machine and double air-conditioning.
In the Art Suite the historical past and contemporary luxury merge perfectly and it will give you a feeling of a serene retreat in the heart of a vibrant city.

On our spacious rooftop terrace with stunning city views and sunsets we can provide outdoor yoga retreats or dancing classes and we offer massage retreats in the private atmosphere of your room.

On the ground floor, you have direct access to our dynamic and trendsetting hotspot HAV_Coffee & Art, a great location for the best Cuban brewed coffee, and delicious organic breakfasts and lunches in the direct environment of the HAV_art gallery. Here, we present a variety of exhibitions of local and international artists and now and then music and dance performances.

Location

Our retreat venue is situated in the oldest part of the heart of the historical old Havana, amidst UNESCO World Heritage sites and surrounded by trendy hotspots, galleries and restaurants and all major touristic sights are within walking distance.

The street JESUS MARIA is a typical Old Havana street where you will experience the authentic atmosphere of the local culture and the daily life of La Habana Vieja.

You will encounter an inordinate and electrifying experience in the heart of Old Havana. At the same time, we will provide you with an intimate world of calm and comfort inside the historical walls of our residency, where excellence is our standard.

This is a private experience as behind the majestic colonial façade, you will find only a limited amount of guest rooms and a suite.
