Facilities

This venue has 6 large bedrooms with 5 en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom comes equipped with air-conditioning, hot water, towels and toiletries. We have a large, fully-stocked kitchen, loaded book case and Bose surround sound system in the lounge. We also have high speed WiFi, a smart TV with Tata Sky, board games, and sporting equipment guests are welcome to use during their stay.

Guests will have access to our gardens and pool, and will have access to pool towels as and when they require.

Six beautifully appointed bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Three with king sized beds, two arranged as twins & one as a triple, if required. Three of the rooms have private access to their own outdoor areas, while another leads out to a charming rooftop watchtower with fabulous views.

Outdoor living goes hand in hand with life in the Tropics. The wrap-around veranda overlooks lush, tropical gardens that are frequented by exotic butterflies & birds. Monkeys are often lured by the bananas, papayas & mangos that continually grow on the grounds.

This serene space is as enchanting under the stars and moonlight as it is during the warm, sunny days when you can lounge away peaceful afternoons by the pool.

We pride ourselves on the high level of service and support our clients enjoy during their retreats, holidays or events. This villa has a one of a kind team - we employ local people from our village who are passionate about helping us create this unforgeable space. From our housekeepers to our groundsmen to the tuktuk drivers and taxi drivers we have on call, each member of our team lives within a couple of miles from this venue.

Our staff cares deeply for the property, and works tirelessly to ensure our guests are happy about each facet of their service. Their care, attention to the needs of our guests, and love that they pour in to making sure everyone is happy and comfortable is obvious from the moment you walk through the doors. Each individual has been with us for many years, and in fact our housekeeper helped build the villa itself, carrying bricks on her head. Our staff is our family.

During your booking, you will have 24/7 support from Karan and Carrie, the owners of the villa, to assist you with whatever you may need. From helping you organize day trips to our local spice farm or beaches further afield to making restaurant recommendations and reservations for your group, we will be there with the knowledge and know how to make sure your retreat runs as smoothly as possible.

For each booking, we are happy to offer assistance with organizing airport transfers, pre-arranging menus and activities with clients, laundry service, cleaners and the highest level of support and comfort throughout your stay.

Nearby activities

South Goa is a wonderful place to get outside, enjoy the sunshine and warm weather and indulge in a variety of activities. For the beach lover: The beaches are an excellent place to watch the hours tick by. There are ample sunbeds outside beach shacks with breakfast, lunches and dinners of freshly caught seafood. If you enjoy shopping, Patnem, Palolem and the further afield Agonda have vendors with local wares as well as Indian crafts and clothing.

There are also options to rent kayaks and stand-up paddle boards on the beaches, as well as rent boats for dolphin spotting or eagle feeding. For the jungle lover: Perhaps the most often overlooked part of Goa is the interior jungles. As home to the foothills of the Western Ghats, Goa is home to many species of birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, insects of flora that you would find outside of our region.

For those who would like to experience the unparalleled beauty of the jungle, we can organize treks, spice farm tours and waterfall trips. We can also arrange motorbike trips, bicycle tours, walks, jogs and other small day trips to experience the side of Goa that many tend to miss.
