The Challenges

Mita, contacted myself and the Venue Retreat team at 2am on September 15th 2023 through our Whatsapp chat feature on our website (look bottom right). She booked a venue for her retreat a year ago and found out that the venue had double booked. (Not booked through us or with one of our venue partners). So with less than a week away from her clients flying into Malaga International Airport, Mita did not have a retreat venue for accomodation, facilities, full board, airport transfers. Nothing!

We told Mita not to worry and that we will do all we can to find her some amazing venue proposals in less than 12 hours (remember it was 2am!). By 8am we had 2 fantastic options to choose from and by 12 we have 6 other potentials on hold just in case.

Mita fell in love with one of our venue partners which has a yoga studio, outdoor yoga decking, surrounded by nature with pool and not only that…The owner and team are so nice and professional offering mouth watering vegan full board options Mita knew she found her perfect retreat venue.

By 6pm after reviewing the proposal, having a chat with myself and Helen the owner of the property Mita has confirmed the booking and could finally tell her clients they had a home for their upcoming retreat.

What a pleasure it was to be able to assist Mita in a very stressful situation. She is such an amazing person and was so nice and calm considering the circumstances.

She will be using our services for her upcoming retreats no doubt!
