The house can accommodate seminars that include up to 18 participants (plus up to 2 leaders). Our retreat house has 11 guest rooms (4 single, 3 double, 1 triple, 1 dormitory for 5, and 1 privet suite for the leaders) divided between three floors and equipped with all of the essential facilities.

The seminar activities take place in our beautiful 75 square meter Garden Studio located on the ground floor.

Seminar room, equipped with "Bose" sound system, CD player, LAN connection for computers, 1 piano, 16 Yoga mats, 12 Exercise mats, 28 seminar chairs, 20 warm blankets & 16 meditation pillows along with the garden view.
 
Guest Rooms
11 guest rooms (4 single, 4 double, 1 triple, 1 dormitory for five & 1 privet suite) divided between two floors and equipped with all essential facilities.
 
Dining Room
A bright long table dining room that can accommodate up to 20 people with the green landscape view through its large windows.
 
Get Together Living Room
A homey living room decorated with wall art and comfortable furniture, along with a tiled fire stove to chill out.

Homey furnished communal living room with a satellite TV of 400 channels in German and English (from the UK)
 
Sauna Area

Gaia is situated amongst gentle hills and quiet woodlands of a Natural Park. The space is secluded, therefore allowing an intimate & quiet place for teamwork without any distractions.

In the last 30 years, our retreat house has hosted hundreds of group activities in the fields of personal development, wellness, dance, art, and teamwork. We are natural hosts and would love to give you our warm hospitality.

Central Location

We are located in the heart of Germany, which makes it easy to get here from all over Germany by public transportation or by car. We have free parking space in front of the house for 12-15 family-size cars.

Surrounded by Nature

The house is surrounded by a green landscape and natural forests which have beautiful paths for hiking. The nearby a reservoir which is flowing with forests, mountains, lakes, and small villages. It is well known for its variety of outdoor activities.
