”We had an Exec Leadership Offsite for 9 people. I found the venue to be extremely organized, and helpful both ahead of our arrival as well as once we arrived.
Michel (co-owner) had regular video calls with me to ensure that he had all the information need ahead of the event and we had a working document between us where we updated all the required information such as flight info for airport transfer, as all other arrangements related to our specific needs. All dietary requirements were also catered for, which gave me peace of mind that all the attendees would not be left hungry at any point.
All meals at the retreat were great - we have a private chef who made some amazing lunches and dinner for us and breakfast was substantive enough each day to fuel us up ahead of the day.
The retreat also arranged activities for us, (at extra costs), including tile painting, morning Yoga, Boat trip to the Benagil Caves and nothing was too much to ask for.
ALL the team at VilaFoia were amazing hosts and they were always on hand to help with anything we required. The views are all amazing. There is a pool on site (although was too cold for this time of year) as well as Jacuzzi near to the decking and studio rooms which all guests can use once booked.
The venue also offer airport transfers and have their own 8-seater vans for this which are very comfortable.
The rooms are all of good size and offer amazing views of the surrounding mountains and on a clear day you can see the coast.
Stunning place, amazing service and team of people, and I will certainly be arranging another visit soon for a personal break. I would highly recommend for a holiday and a Business retreat for up to 10 people.
