Located on a picturesque hilltop between Spoleto and Montefalco, the Villa Pianciani Historical Complex is truly a sight to behold. This majestic estate, surrounded by olive trees, offers a sweeping 360-degree view that captivates anyone who visits. It stands as a prime example of elegant countryside living, not just in Spoleto but across the entire Umbria region.

The complex dates back to the late 18th century, a creation of the renowned architect Giuseppe Valadier, celebrated for his exceptional designs during that era. Among his famous works is the design of Rome's Piazza del Popolo, crafted between 1793 and 1815. In recent years, Villa Pianciani underwent significant restoration, transforming it into a modern historical residence. Today, it seamlessly blends its rich history with contemporary comforts, making it an ideal venue for hosting both events and sojourns at a high level of luxury and convenience.

Additionally, cycling enthusiasts can enjoy a scenic bike ride along the 98-kilometer path that stretches from Assisi to Spoleto and further to the Marmore waterfalls.

Villa Only: This option features 11 bedrooms, perfect for a more intimate gathering or a smaller group stay.

Villa + Annex: Expanding to 14 bedrooms, this combination is ideal for larger groups, providing additional space while maintaining the cozy atmosphere of the villa.

Villa + Annex + Cottage: Our most spacious offering includes 18 to 19 bedrooms, catering to even larger groups or events, ensuring comfort and elegance for all guests.

Additional Sleeping Arrangements: Extra beds are available and can be conveniently added to some bedrooms or the living room, offering flexible sleeping solutions.

Maximum Capacity:

For Sojourns: We can comfortably accommodate 36 to 41 guests, with the inclusion of third beds.
For Events:
- Indoor: Up to 130 guests.
- Outdoor: Accommodates between 300 to 400 guests.

For sojourns, a minimum of 3 nights is required, while events can be booked for one day, albeit at a higher rate. Specific pricing is available upon request, ensuring a tailored experience for your unique event or stay.

Full Board: With the internal staff we can organize up to half board. Full board must be planned in advance to be able to set up a catering help organization with professional catering.
