We are very proud and honoured to present our modern luxury Italian venue to our website. The gorgeous estate comes with two villas and 9 acres of land to enjoy your holiday, event or retreat.

Experience the real Italy without the crowds. Set on a hilltop with expansive views of the stunning Adriatic coast, the beautifully designed Oliveto Estate is an unforgettable luxurious Italian retreat that offers year-round exceptional luxury, 5* bespoke concierge services and authentic experiences in the heart of the untouched Marche region.

This nine acre estate is set amidst rolling hills, ancient vineyards and its olive grove and only 10 minutes from the beautiful sea. Oliveto Estate includes two luxury Villas, each with their own private pool and grounds, and a shared, purpose-built studio perfect for wellness, corporate or family retreats. Villa Olivo boasts an in-home Spa and gym and heated pool for up to 12 people, whilst at Villa Oliveto you can enjoy a game of tennis in the olive grove, the large pool house and gym for up to 8 guests. If you are looking for an exclusive retreat, both luxury villas can be rented together, making Oliveto Estate the perfect destination for an exclusive escape for up to 20 people.

Villa Olivo has been designed to be a perfect location for all seasons and is available to rent all-year round.

We celebrate three different seasons with associated rates and services that take advantage of what is happening in the local area and the seasonal harvesting calendar of local produce such as olive and grape harvesting, or truffle hunting.

Our Standard rates include a complimentary welcome basket and Davines toiletries, still and sparkling water, ice. There are two towel changes and one bed linen change per week.

Or if you want a little extra relaxation, why not read about our White Glove Service for added luxuries throughout your stay such as housekeeping and daily breakfast made and cleared away.
