This is Rural Retreat House and we would love to have you at our Holiday House/Vineyard retreat space!
Thanks for expressing your interest in hosting a RETREAT! We operate a couple each year ourselves and we offer certain weeks to Retreat Leaders like yourself, who would like to host your own retreat.
Rural House is a relaxed vineyard in the Wine Region of Catalonia, called Penedes. Only 40 min from Barcelona airport and 20 min from the sea (Sitges) - the perfect place for a restorative retreat!
When we say "host your own retreat" we mean that you are expected to bring your own group of clients/guests with you - we do not provide you with clients and you will be in charge of marketing, selling and running the retreat yourself. Of course, Rural House can help you with all of that - by providing information, support and assistance if needed and sharing the information in our social pages in Instagram, Facebook and in the Penedes official Website where we are members.

The Retreat details
We consider the ideal retreat should have a minimum of 10 guests and a maximum of 15. However is optional ;-)
Each retreat usually operates Friday to Sunday in 2022 and 2023, however we can add extra days.
On each retreat:
· 1 x Retreat Leader (YOU) a private area to share with number two leader if there is will be provided for you.
· You may sell the retreat to your clients at your own price, as long as we receive full payment for the accommodation and food if required
Rural House host up to 15 people and 1/2/3 Retreat Leaders.
Room 1 in suite: Double bed or twin room
Room 2 in Suite: Double bed, twin room or triple bed.
Room 3 Semi-suite: double or triple room
Room 4 in Semi-suite: double or triple room
Attic: 5 single beds with a sharing toilet
Retreat Leaders: we have an extra space ideal for 2 persons. Could be added a 3rd one.
·Rural House collabs with plenty of chefs with loads of experience elaborating healthy and tasting food using only the local fresh products from the local farmers. Mediterranean food is famous around the world for its flavour, freshness and simplicity. Your retreat will have three freshly cook meals a day plus snacks (fruits/nuts/biscuits in the afternoon). Chefs can prepare vegetarian or vegan dishes as required and do the best to cater your dietary requirements.
Drinking water is included which each meal in your retreat, however the 4 Gallon bottles will be chargeable (15 Euros/bottle)
Our house has a salty pool and the water can be heated.
We have a library 75m2 and 6m high where Yoga can be done. As well in the areas near the pool, the porxo, we have plenty of space including between vineyards.
We have a lovely mountain with amazing routes for trekking trips and to add we have a lots of wineries where you can try the grapes!
An exciting part but still under process, we are planning a new Shila and extra space for accomodation!!
Transportation to Rural House can be arranged under request with an additional charge. Said that you could reach Vilafranca del Penedes by Train or bus and a taxi from the station to the house cost average 20 Euros.

2 nights with late check out (4pm) = 1700 Euros
Price weekend meals per person (meals plus snacks) = 140Euros/ person
includes:
Friday: Welcome snacks plus dinner
Saturday: Light breakfast / lunch and dinner plus light snacks or Breakfast Brunch and Breakfast Dinner
Sunday: Light breakfast / lunch or Brunch
Cleaning fee: 150 Euros for the weekend optional.
